Hakka lei cha (pound tea)


Our version of Hakka Lei cha (pound tea)
Long beans, Chinese mustard, choy sum, peanuts, enoki mushroom,
fried beancurd, fried egg and of course the most important lei cha paste of mint and basil (and cilantro) mix
21st century introduction of healthy eating folks, if you asked me....
We Love it!!!
