Welcome Johnathan, to the world on the 2nd of May 2008! Uncle Chris and Auntie Clarine got a big big surprise, Johnathan's supposed to be due on 21st of May and he couldn't wait to get out! I think he looks more like Auntie Clarine. Whow, he's a baby and that makes me feel old......and I am not even 1 1/2 years old, yet!
Here I am orchestrating as George Kamikawa busked at Bourke Street Mall in Melbourne. It was mesmerising, a hearty performance, his music is full of vigour and intensity, soul capitvating and a powerful vocal. Absolute'ripper!!!

George Kamimkawa is a Japanese blues musician well-known for his busking in the Melbourne CBD. He came to Australia in 2001 and regularly performs small gigs with his band and in other duos. He has recorded an album of his works entitled "Blue to the Bone".(source: wikipedia)
He has spent the last 10 years honing his skills to become an exemplary country blues artist. On my tricycle (and yes, that is a mobile phone I was holding, and no, I was not talking on the phone as I rode around the house!!!)
Wait till the baby goes home......step by step, fumbled a little, but up the instant, on the roll again, edging closer, right at the front door, but hey, Ryan, get in the door!!!
Taking a break on our morning walk around the neighbourhood, I test rode the swing at the playground. It feels fantastic! It's in excellent condition, safety buckle checked, the seat's comfortable and the morning air smells absolutely refreshing!!!
There is so much to do, hither and thither, I just couldn't find the time to explore the whole house! There is always something new, something different, something fun. Not quite sure why mom and dad are always sitting down, otherwise, they will be chasing after me and trying to beat me to everything, like opening the kitchen drawers, the glass of water on the table, the t.v. remote control...... can't they find their own games to play? It is really no fun playing with them, it is always their rules!!!
Look how funny (and adorable) I am in my sleeping bag, particularly when I tried walking in it. Still able to keep my balance but only just, but it keeps me warm when I am sleeping especially those cold winter nights. It is not winter now, but oh my, it is as cold as it can be!!!
I think I found something, a new toy perhaps? Tucked away in an inconspicuous corner still in wraps. With all colossal effort, I could not take it out to have a better look. So in the end, I settled for something much more accessible.....

I have been standing up without support for a while, and this time Dad caught me with this shot, proving his point. I mean, what is the big deal? Eventually, he will have a great time chasing after me, I can assure you of that!
